YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Due to our Made to Order philosophy we cannot issue refunds once production of your garment has begun. However, if you are not completely satisfied upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of item delivery. It would be our pleasure to find a solution for you.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon recept and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personal care and garment care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGE
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUND
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
REQUESTING A RETURN WITHIN CANADA
To request a return within North America, please email info@carolynferreira.com with your order history information. A return label can be provided, however please note we are not responsible for return shipping fees.
REQUESTING A RETURN OUTSIDE CANADA
To request a return from the United States or an International destination, please email info@carolynferreira.com with your order history and request. Please note we are not responsible for return shipping fees and duties / taxes that may be accrued when sending a shipment of parcel. A return label can be provided, however please note we are not responsible for return shipping fees.
